What is a deep clean and why does my home need it on the first service?
On our first visit to your home, we always provide a deep clean service because we believe it is tantamount to a great experience. If you’d like specifics about what a deep clean includes, we have an entire page just for you! Learn more about deep cleaning here.
What does a move-in/move-out clean include?
The first thing you need to know is that this requires the home to be empty. Essentially, it is our deep clean service, plus most all of the extras. It's an exceptional clean that includes cleaning the typical appliances that stay with the home: microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The idea is to prepare an empty home for a fresh start! We're working on a new addition to our calculator for this! For now, just enter the number of beds and baths that you would like taken care of, then tell us the actual size of your home in the notes section of the booking form. In most cases we will have to adjust pricing due to the increased size of the living spaces, but be honest with us and we will be in touch. Not ready to book? Just reach out to us.
What is your hourly rate?
We don't really have one! All of our pricing is based on the size of your home and the services requested. Of course there are special cases where we will perform services on an hourly basis, but the rate depends on the frequency, service, and expertise required. Do you have a special request? We won't bite, contact us now!
Can you do carpet cleaning?
Well, that depends on what you mean by "carpet cleaning." If you mean vacuuming, then of course! If you mean shampooing, stain removal, etc., then no, I'm sorry that is not our expertise. We'd be happy to clean your home and vacuum your carpets before the carpet cleaning professionals arrive though!
